There is a detailed questionnaire that will need to be completed prior to the process and this is through email. The process clarifies where you are NOW, where you want TO BE and HOW to get there and is an ideal precursor to regular performance coaching.
The process is completed as follows-:
- You complete a detailed questionnaire which digs deep into every facet of your business and your personal ambitions.
- We complete an appraisal of the information provided.
- We conduct an in-depth interview with you via telephone to clarify the information and help you formulate plans for growth and improvement.
- If you have 10 or more employees, we recommend a half or full Alignment workshop for all employees to significantly improve their performance & increase productivity.

Performance Coaching & Training - Building momentum and accountability
Level 1 – Building a Solid Base Coaching and Training Program for Owners and Leaders
- Entry level coaching and training for the smaller business and start ups.
- Weekly telephone coaching and training each session lasting up to 45 minutes.
- Email support plus effective tools to help build your business.
- Your investment is £495 per month and fully guaranteed.
Level 2 – Empower your Business: Business owner and Leader Coaching and Training
- For Business Owners who know they can achieve more in their business. Level 2 Coaching provides Full-length sessions & support to train and develop you and your Team.
- Weekly telephone coaching and training up to 1 hour per week.
- Email support plus effective tools to help you grow your business.
- Your investment is £995 per month and fully guaranteed.
