Business Alignment – Developing Performance Commitments

The Alignment Process is an in-depth analysis and assessment of your business. We help you identify any performance issues, formulate outcomes, clarify expectations and get commitments. There is a detailed questionnaire that will need to be completed prior to the process and this is through email. The process clarifies where you are NOW, where you want TO BE and HOW to get there and is an ideal precursor to regular performance coaching.

The process is completed as follows-:

  • You complete a detailed questionnaire which digs deep into every facet of your business and your personal ambitions.
  • We complete an appraisal of the information provided.
  • We conduct an in-depth interview with you via telephone to clarify the information and help you formulate plans for growth and improvement.
  • If you have 10 or more employees, we recommend a half or full Alignment workshop for all employees to significantly improve their performance & increase productivity.

Weekly Performance Coaching - Building momentum and accountability

Level 1 – Building a Solid Base

  • Entry level coaching for the smaller business.
  • Weekly telephone coaching each session lasting up to 45 minutes.
  • Email support plus effective tools to help build your business.

Price £1295 per month

Level 2 – Empower your Business

  • For Business Owners who know they can achieve more in their business. Level 2 Coaching provides Full-length sessions & support to develop you and your Team.
  • Weekly telephone coaching up to 1 hour per week.
  • Email support plus effective tools to help you grow your business.

Price £1995 per month

Development Workshops

We offer a range of workshop topics including; Sales, Marketing, Planning, Team Building, Time Management, Leadership. We can also provide be spoke workshops to suit a particular need if required. All workshops are for up to 20 attendees only.

On site half day workshops £995. On site full day workshops £1595. For offsite workshops the cost of conference facilities are extra.

For BOA memebers the price of workshops is as follows.  Half day £795.00 and full day £1295.00
