Private one on one business coaching

Our four week introductory programme comprises of the following.

• Every week for four weeks you will benefit from a focused coaching session directly with me. These meetings will take place over the telephone and are the bedrock of our relationship. Each session will be focused and last 30 to 45 minutes and you will be clear focused and know your priorities to move forward quickly and create the change and results you desire
  
• During our coaching calls I will look at your; current activity, your planned activity and the areas where you feel stuck.  We will brainstorm and discuss your goals, why they are relevant and how you will achieve them.

I will help you with...

  2. Your planning, organisation and time management.
  3. Your Leadership and management skill.
  4. Your sales and sales process.

I will communicate by email outside of your scheduled coaching calls.  If you’re stuck and need help to move forward or if you want to discuss an idea or send me a marketing piece to critique this is all completed via email. • Tools. I will provide you with tools or supporting documents that are relevant to your situation and needs. I have; management spreadsheets, cashflow and planning tools and many other pre prepared documents to help you and avoid where possible you wasting time re-inventing the wheel.
