There are five and these are interactive full day events. You will meet other business owners and learn new ideas and proven strategies you can implement into your business.

Workshop topics include: Marketing & lead generation, sales, strategic alliance development, planning, customer service, team development, recruitment & retention, time management, delegation, cash flow, running meetings, leadership, financials, number mastery, delivery, systems and personal development, brainstorming, networking and much more.

These events are designed to help you embrace change and provide the tools and inspiration to do so. At the same time you can develop a network of fellow business owners and new friends.

2. Telephone Coaching

You will benefit from personal one on one support on any topic you need help with. You will be astonished at how much can be achieved when you are helped to focus! We will brainstorm together and decide on tactics you can implement. These calls keep you moving forward.

We are also there to lift you up when the going gets tough and be someone you can talk to in total confidence.

3. Unlimited Email Support

This is an invaluable tool and provides support for your development. Receive help, guidance and feedback via email within 24/48 hours. Also we help by critiquing your marketing, scripts and adverts etc and provide document templates. I cannot emphasise how valuable member find this one service.

4. Support Tools

We provide you with documents related to the topics in the Academy and other material to bolster your learning.

5. Business & Inspirational Books

We help develop your library. You will also receive suitable inspirational and educational books to deepen your understanding of the principles learnt.

Academy Details

Academy members can elect to leave at their discretion and there is no long term contracts or small print! We are here to help you.

You will be delighted that due to the economies of working with a group you benefit from the low investment required. The 2010/11 Academy is just £495 + vat per month  and we have proven this represents outstanding value for money.

Option two.

Business coaching, email support and tools without the workshops at £395+ vat per month.  This option is not recommended however I have chosen to make it available for those who decide on a smaller investment.
