Courtney developed a highly successful management &   business  development career within the blue-chip and niche  companies financial services sector, working for mainstream  banking organizations including Halifax & HSBC.

His roles included, sales development, business development   recruitment, team development, coaching, training, client   acquisition and compliance standards. He built a excellent   reputation for managing, mentoring, coaching and training   teams  and individuals to achieve excellent  results.

Courtney has an extensive knowledge of personal and business development, coaching and training, providing business help, mentoring, developing business courses, sales, sales management and leadership and  qualified at advanced financial planning consultant.  He has an in depth knowledge of personal and corporate financial planning, qualified at advanced finacial planning level  in supervision and financial services compliance, training and regulation.

He became a certified business coach and launched his second career as a business consultant, and speaker in 2003 and has received numerous awards and has a substantial portfolio of client testimonials, a small portion of which are available on the success stories tab.

Courtney has worked with 100s of companies in the UK and has been a key note speaker at leadership and business development events across the UK. He holds regular business development seminars, workshops and coaching forums designed specifically for entrepreneurs and business owners and has amassed in excess of 6000 hours direct mentoring and coaching of business owners and leaders on a one on one basis.

He launched Puregain to provide small business consulting, business marketing advice, executive coaching, corporate training, mentoring, business courses, and general business help to the SME market.

Courtney's personal interests are the financial markets and family. He relaxes through Art and is currently working on his latest exhibition. He has received the following awards from his peers;  Master Business Coach. Business Coach of the Year. Best Clients Results Coach.

Currently (2013) he is developing and business coaching affiliate programme with two other leading coaches and the aim is deliver affordable business support and coaching to a broader spectrum of clients via a complete online system and also offline through the development of a highly trained team of business coaches.
